Excelsior: "There's some sort of pain and usually some sort of belief that people will hold on to" He says he tries to get the whole story from a younger version of himself. Then there is symbolic letting go, such as throwing something into a bonfire. Excelsior: I would find in the ideal case, then the emotion would sort of lift and be like, okay, I felt it. But now it happened and so now I don't need to keep feeling that."
