I'd Take the Protein Up to 1.2 for Guys in the Mid 40s and Above

"We're gonna keep the protein at around one gram per pound sometimes in extreme situations or certain situations that necessarily have to be extreme I'll push that up to 1.2 or 1.25," he says. "If you're someone who stays lean and we really need to get those carbs up I would take the fat up to 0.5." He adds: "I don't know exactly what it is but maybe if we're if we're saying really clean we're gaining just lean drive muscle tissue".
