How to Focus Your Attention During a Race

When you can be self aware and reflect on ooking, for me, personally, i perform the best. It's most effective if you can implement a strategy or tool that strategically or intentionally pulls your attention away from what the distraction is to a different attentional style. Ine cenarios. So imagined like internal, external, narrow, broad at won't make this too complicated but you can kind of intuitively get what im where i'm going.
