The Importance of Public Accountability

Zoom is a company that's really leaning into vulnerability and creating a more loyal audience there too. They're really good at kind of prototyping in public and bringing in ideas or soliciting input from their audience. And I think it's those types of things that are risky, but when you weigh the risk against the potential for greater reward in the form of a more loyal invested audience, that's enormous. The payoff then is huge too.
