Studies show that african americans are only half as likely as white people to get treatment for their mental health battles. There needs to be more advocacy for policy changes andinstitutional systems that put men of color at an even higher risk. The many facets of internalized raceism include believing negative racial stereotypes, adopting white cultural values while undermining one's own and denying that raceism exists.
