You can't get all your fibre from fruit, cause that's really bad for you. The best way to get fibre is a through a range of vegetables that you vary every day. And it's not the same vegetables, not just eating potatoes. It's eating potatoes and sweet potatoes and and lentils, and mixing it all up in inas. Much diversity, because each of the more fibre you have that's diverse, the more different species you're actually helping in your gut. i think we've got to go back to this mediterranean style eating tha, you knowone knows all about, but is combined with these products. So lots of be diversity, fermented foods we've forgotten
