When you're building an executive team, how much do you think about the interaction that that person is going to have with the other functions? And is that a part of the decision making and hiring? It is. I would say you hire executives to own the systems for each one of those things. So if I have a CFO that's really good at FPNA, okay, I want to make sure they're complemented by a really good controller.
