Caffeine and Race Planning
The hydration might be the thing that we're focusing on. And caffeine might be something to consider there. Some of us don't do well with caffeine. I mean, it can be too much for us. So we have to play with the dosing or just skip it and see what's worked in training. We've tried a gum and I really like that. Works pretty quickly too. Yeah. Tapping. Are favorites? What are your, what's your guidance there?
