Work Is Part of the Beauty That Emerges Out of Relationships

i'm struck at the moments where we, you know, my wife and i still find ourselves having to work at those relationships. And that very personhood is what god is calling out of us, that we also long to become the beauty that we are welcomed by. It's not something that just happens to us. For us, there are certain elements that are effort less, that feel hand and glove because of our relationship but there's effort that has to be put into this even as well.
