The Importance of Gratitude

I think a lot of people can relate to that idea. The holiday, you're really, really busy or so busy at work. And then you go on holidays and they're sick for two weeks. I've tried to practice gratitude every moment of my life as much as possible because that is the pure antidote for me. It's three things that I'm grateful for today: A flower in the morning, an exercise session with Pac-Choy and being able to jump on a plane from Dublin to London.
