Do You Have a Heavier Lift?
A lot of times when we talk about our heavier raps, we're looking at six to ten. And if we get to ten repetitions, probably time to go up and wait again. To me, that's not good dynamic effort. Heavier lift, the the bar's not traveling as fast, but it's not stalling either. If i see an athlete stalling the bar for more than, you know, half a second or so, the weight isprobably getting too heavy for intended purposes.
