A patient is making six liters of urine a day, and he's not really drinking water because of his mentation. So they go with 100 milliliters an hour for the next day, and they recheck a sodium 24 hours later, and it's 168. Now we have to use the read to run the calculation. Sodium is now 168. Correction of 12 brings you down to 156. This is only about a 7.7% reduction rather than an 8%. Excuse me, a 7.8% increase in sodium rather than the 8%. Okay.
