How to Get Rid of Anxiety
When I put in probiotic food, my anxiety literally left. That's my personal experience of anxiety. When I started to consume on probiotic foods and realized that's what we did. We ate, excuse me, my grandparents would have drank cow's milk. It was simple. Now it's all processed. So I only look at it and go, I have to get 20 into me every day. And they're portion size, like a tablespoon of chia seeds is a portion size. A cup of broccoli is a portion sizes.
