The Five to Eight User Problem

The five to eight user problem wasn't in the podcast really. But for me, it is if you find if you don't find enough data with five to eight users, but you told your client 5 to eight users or not, then the client will never again see the benefit of doing testing. They'll hate it because they literally just say it didn't work. So we're not doing that. I'm saying you're saying understand the problem, understand the underlying problem. And then we can talk about it. Yeah.
