Mark d'Amelio's Move to Buy TikTok

There initially was talks of Microsoft buying it right and having like a US version. I think if that was even remotely in the cards back then, I would imagine that's something that could happen today. Mark D'Amelio said he was trying to raise money to buy TikTok but whether he can or not is unclear.
