Don't Change Too Much Too Fast
I want to encourage you on this as i talked about i at the beginning, about having a runway. Don't change too much too fast. Right now in my life, my exercise goal is 20 minutes a day. And i have been able to stick to that goal and my little check mark on my habit tracker because i've created this natural rhythm where that is just in expectation. It's not a goal. You want to stay consistent, but flexible. I am self aware enough to know that if i don't leave the sports praw and leggings out, i probably will gravitate towards the sweat pants.
