Andona: Most athletes are going too hard on their recovery days. I find that an athlete like bernard legott, for example, probably runs his very easy recovery days easier than 75 % of the athletes i've worked woed in the past. Andona: More athletes could tend to put their ear to the ground a little bit more and see what are the crows doing on their recovery day.
