Become Aware of the Common Thought Patterns
The next level or step, and this you could begin doing this today, if you haven't already, is to become aware more specifically of the very common thought patterns. For example, how many plans have you made since you've been here? And so planning, that's a common, common tendency, and they're very seductive. Now they really pull us in to all these future fantasies of what we need to do or want to do. To keep an eye out, planning mind, and to make that specific note when you see it. So you're reinforcing the mindfulness of that pattern. Because it's a common pattern, it will be very useful, you know, very often.
