Awake Again. Highlight. I Like the Experience.
Every time you wake up from being lost in some thought chain, it would be helpful if you could recondition your habit going from self-judgment lost again to appreciation. So that could give you many moments of delight in a sitting because we get lost a lot. But instead of emphasizing the lost part, emphasize the awake part. And it really energizes the practice. It takes us beyond the practice as a technique to the practice for direct learning about our experience.
