The Benefits of Fasting

From a health perspective, i think it's very hard to argue that there aren't some health benefits to prolonged periods of not eating. At this point, how long the fast has to be is where people get into issues. If you struggle with benjeating, any time someone strugls there, you should not even think about it. Do yo, do you inter men a fast occasionally? I mean, as right now, i love breakfast,. so i'm not but occasionally i'll try and do like, a day, a full 24 fast, occasionally.
