therapy is also almost untenable expensive to pay for someone to spend many hours one to one with a client, especially as mental health problems are an epidemic today. Stoicism potentially offers a more preventative long-term alternative to CPT. And clearly it would be better if we had the preventative approach to mental health. But that's really digging deeper and getting to the level of somebody's underlying value system.
