How to Practice Standing Meditation

The S stands for soft and ease, but also there's a Chinese word, so which means relax, release, let go. Exhale with the big smile. Awaken awareness, be aware of being aware. And then expand and enjoy. So that is stand ease. If you like, you can connect with a heron or a willow tree or the sky. Yeah. There are hand postures that evoke different energies and different flows and different intentions. You start to develop different forms and practices. But if you have a strong, balanced, basic stance, you'll get so much work out of all of those. It's really worth cultivating standing meditation.
