The Importance of Connecting Out
This is the most, you've said some pretty resonating things with me. This is the most anything's ever resonated. The desperate one to connect out. It's like a desperate, like I just want to talk to people and I want to find out what they're doing. And that's why I love when you sit for running in groups. Like group running is just the best because you're just such a wonderful social thing afterwards. So, that's exercise. It's just one, it's one part of taking good care of ourselves, of managing the stress response. That all makes sense to me and feels really incredible. But it feels like that's for someone else.
