What Are the Red Flags of a Short Term Diet?

The first thing i would definitely look for is no foods that are asort of off limits or bad. We want to stay away from, you know, these very low carb type of diet plans. The assumption being made that you're spending five days a week just going to the gim and lifting weights. That's just not going to work. If if immediately foods are being categorized as good, bad, eat this, don't eat that. On limit, off limit. Immediately there's there's an pration date on how long something like that's going to be sustainable. It speaks with that plan, before it its out the window.
