i applaud you for striving to make healthier choices. That is amazing. And it can be really hard to do with our process food environment and things that we're exposed to. One of the most effective ways to make habit change is to have an identity change. So if you're trying to make healthy choices, you caund just make healthier choices,. Just don't have those foods that you know are problem foods for you, just don't have them in the house.That would be getting rid of external triggers, creating a, like, an actual boundary to engaging in whatever habit you're trying not to engage with.
