I don't think I talked about this that explicitly as like a major part of it, but it's probably come up a few times on the podcast, at least. So I graduated 10 years ago from marriage and family therapy degree. Marriage and family therapy is kind of the marketing term for systemic therapy. It's the type of therapy that's about looking at your problems through the systems that you're part of. In our circles, they call it debugging. How do you sort of just adjust or shift things within yourself in order to bring yourself to do things that you want to do or something?
