The more stuff that you are accumulating on your to-do list, the more stress that you're going to have inside your body. A lot of people will start to accumulate guilt, right? They have this idea that this is something I should be better at. And then the shame that for whatever reason, they're not doing that or they can't do that. There's a lot of emotional stuff there. You'll have these like cognitive stuff coming up, self-criticism for being that way.
