So basically hypertrophy is jamming more stuff into a space Right, so we just got to make more of it right? So the appropriate stimulation would be like said enough weight and enough exposure. But your bodybuilder your bodybuilder types The athletes that have to carry more muscle mass like a say a linebacker in the NFL They're going to be biased towards a wider ISA representation because they have to be a high force producer to do that Then you have to talk about exercise selection. If I take somebody that's Short and squatty and a wide ISA because of the physical structure his ability to reach overhead is actually limited. So he's not going to be the world's greatest overhead
