The Genetics of Leap Running?

genetics play such an important part in what we look like and also how we ultimately can perform. There is a specific variant of this gene that studies have found in 95 point five per cent of endurance athletes. So it definitely does sort of give, it lends the idea that there is a certain genetic look that you need to become a runner. But i'm looking ahead to the coming years, and i think we're going to see a lot more diversity in terms abody shape and sizes getting into leat sport.
