Do You Have a Job to Be Done?

i just see that so often of companies talking about the features of their product, rigind that's exactly how strong their chetoys are. They care about how long it keeps the dog entertained, a hundred percent. So imagine the language you can shift, right? So it's like hours of doggy enter ment instead of really strong, durable toys. That doesn't matter. Hours of doggy entertainment is what matters. I'd be curious how you would adapt, or how you would encourage these types of creators to think about jobs to be done as they're turning what started as maybe a simple newsletter into like, a thriving business.
