This past week I spoke to a group of 50 CFOs at Premji’s CFO Conference. I gave a presentation on how CFOs are using AI to improve efficiencies internally.

There’s a lot of information on how to build AI into your product, but not nearly enough on how to use it internally within your company to drive results.
