Tammy Tenty: If you're not having a regular practice with your parts, then none of that can happen. When we talk about therpis burn out, an stuff, it's because our therapus parts are doing the work so much, right? But when they step back and let self to it, we don't have therapus burn out. What i've noticed is, i don't have burn out. I have parts that feel like i need a break,. Because i want to go and doy, i want to travel, or i want to just vedge out on the couch., she says. "That feels so different than burn out"
