How to Create a Routine That Works

There's only a little bit of research on habit stacking but i think the best evidence for this really is related to the idea of a cue based plan. Research shows that if you have too much piled on top too many different plans that actually can derail you so be flexible and look for what the cues are it doesn't necessarily have to be another habit that you're stacking on top of it could be a time or a place that will trigger the action and that can be really valuable.
