Is Your Attention Taking You Away From the Present Moment?

When we think back at that moment, what is your mind doing in order to recreate the circumstance? It's paying attention to the memory. And attention is recalibrating your brain so that you are in that, in that landscape,. In that moment, with whatever full scope of what was going on is kind of brought back to mind. We do this constantly, rightaand oftentimes we're right, but we're still guessing. So both these things really hijack attention away from the present moment when it happens too often and in a dis functional manner.
