Sales engagement is one of the must-haves if you're going to build out a sales development organization. Snowflake has dedicated an ops training and enablement team for its SDR teams. When I joined Snowflake two years ago, there was only two VPs of global sales development. Today, there's about 20. The other thing that I want founders and revenue leaders in the audience to take away is I want you to understand the role because I Want you to walk away with respect for it.
