Motivational Videos - What Would Darren Do?

I know loads of people struggle with exercise and alcohol. So what do you do personally to make feel good tomorrow? I'll go for a walk in Hampstead Heath or one of the parks near me. If you hate running, don't force yourself to go for a run because that's never going to work. There's an exercise, classical F45, which I really like because it's 45 minutes high intensity but exercise changes every minute. It keeps my attention and I'm not bored ever. The trainers are really encouraging.
