This chapter explores how two Vilnius University instructors have developed AI chatbots, or 'knowledge twins,' to enhance student engagement in their Data Protection and Privacy Laws course. By utilizing the instructors' published materials, these innovative tools provide students with a safe space to ask questions and deepen their understanding of complex subjects.
