When i find a tiet ham string, you're getting a hamstring stretch. And that woudn't gon'l make a difference, cause it's being asked to be tight or toned every time. So are you working on broken movement, or are youworking on something that's breaking the movement? Never a hundred %, but go where the majority is. If you an't find a lot of upstream toxicity, go fix movement and see if it holds.
