The Importance of Accountability in Hospitality
Jill: There's another aspect of this that we, that you've touched upon, but I think maybe deserves further exploration. She says it comes down to guests who being respectful human beings and how much a good hospitality experience is actually worth out of their pocket. Jill: We don't really allow mingling in the adult room; if someone wanders over and seems to be opalizing their night or taking their time away from their intended agenda for the evening, we'll just politely redirect them.
