How to Be Lean at a Certain Time

Athletes can gain 5 percent body fat over a long period of time, but then slicing it off in a matter of three or four weeks and then going right back to building back up to 17 percent again. Why would you want to do like a longer-term prolonged period of gaining and then a longer diet when you could just do like these super aggressive short diets? I mean, the cumulative effects of that much food for people is one that personally has gets to me more than anything.
