In the world of fine dining, we basically said if you want it to be that good, it's obviously going to cost a lot of money. Fast food had a great answer for that: You want it fast? You want it cheap? Great. Just don't expect very good meat. It's not going to be high quality. Here's what's happened with this mashup that's happening right now in what I call the fine casual world. We've challenged is to say, well, whoever wrote the rule that you only get to two by going one plus one plus zero. And so what fine casual is doing is saying 0.65 plus0.65 plus 0.70 equals
