I think that it also gets to what we started off talking about, which is, there's no there there. As long as we think that the happiness or what we need is somewhere down the road, then it does become striving in that sense. But if my own health is suffering, that's not healthy ambition. That's ambition at the cost of the one being that I am wholly responsible for, which is the health of this body. And each step is a healthy step.
