How to Get the Most Consistently High Sleep Score

I generally like to have about three hours between my last meal and sleep. And i've found, from measuring, quantifying my sleep, that i get the most consistently high scores when i do that. I usually only eat two meals a day, but if i'm recovering from a fast, then i'll have three. The late morning, early afternoon meal for me is always thebig s igabos. Just doing a mit more time restricted eating every day.
