i was doing some of the highest volume training i'd ever done before. Instead of trying to string multiple weeks in a row without a rest day, do kind of the same plan but just pull a random day out of there. So if that meant going 30 miles less that week, as i pull one day that would have normally had 30 miles out of there, nd just rest instead. I need to be very mindful of that, so that stayingo healthy, staying strong and younow, ultimately able to make it through the training as quicklys as possible.
