Sleep cycle has a standalone Apple watch app. It tracks your REM cycles and you give it, instead of giving it an alarm, say, don't wake me up at 630, say, wake me up by 630. If you're in a REM cycle at 610 or you're more adept to waking up as opposed to being in real deep sleep at 630, it'll go ahead and wake you up at 610. As a non-morning person, I really believe it does.
