A lot of our thoughts that go crazy at night, one thing I've found that's been helpful for me is to take a piece of paper and just start writing it all down. Don't have it be your phone because you'll get distracted and you're light activated by light. Try to keep the pen moving. Just keep it moving for, you know, if you can do 10 minutes, that's great.
