i still can't get over the fact that your first flip was in high school. How did you manage to do that? Well, it's just something i've always had my eye on,. It was the perfect summer job right before going into college. And we didn't make the amount of profit that we wanted to. We came out about even that we actually had to rent the property for about a year. But it was such a good learning experience. I now own five other residential properties right now with one of my best friends. So something that i still on the side.
