PUNR, Dobby Side of Ravina, and Champagne

I love that BTG is difficult to find especially certain categories, you know, like PUNR has always been a really hard category to find affordable but delicious wines to pour by the glass. So yeah, I think honestly, I would invest more in BTG and less in by the bottle because of these days, there's so many great ways to preserve wine. And while it is nice to have the iconic producers as you mentioned, that's the easiest. You know, if someone likes Shabli, they've heard of Dobby Side of Ravina. That's fantastic. But it's getting exposed to those up and come are producers and that is the exciting stuff.
