I was really upset when I saw how much distress it had caused because as you say, break-off is very proud of the fact that they are very respectful about cuisine. And so the idea that we would be anyway patronizing or mocking or just letting on some ignorance... We picked probably too much of a, maybe they were too cliche, the tacos or whatever. But certainly it wasn't, we have to have something that people will recognize as Mexican.
