How to Improve Your Metabolism Over Time

A slow metabolism in my experience isn't generally the cause of weight gain. Weight gain for most people is due to them taking in too much energy and not expanding enough energy. The two things that are really helpful to improve your metabolism over time are simply eating more. And the second thing that we know can really help positively our metabolism is muscle mass. If you're 60, 70, 80 years old it's never too late to start doing a little bit of resistance training.
